American Legal Investigations & Support Services, LLC d/b/a ALIASS has been in business since 1994 with over 20 accumulative years of experience in the industry. We can attempt service anywhere throughout the country, specializing in Metropolitan Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia and are members of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS), Commonwealth of Virginia Association of Professional Process Servers (COVAPPS) and Professional Investigators and Security Association (PISA).

We provide quality service with emphasis on professionalism. Our staff is highly trained to handle any question and provide the expertise needed to serve your needs. Even though there is no state requirement, we train and certify all of our servers. We attempt all services in an expedient and professional manner.

All service information is kept on a database for easy reference. We send automatic email notifications and mail notorized proof of services when the job is completed. Each service includes at least 3 attempts at one address.

Although we offer routine service with no additional charge for mileage, we also offer same and next day service for an additional fee. Other services include court research, filing, information retrieval (skip tracing), asset location and investigations.
